My client is a blue chip foreign company in manufacturing industry. They have a Shared Service Centre in Suzhou and is now looking for a senior manager/director there.
- Oversees SSC functional team with regional scope, leading over 40 people
- Organization development: build up team and competence: structure team into operation and process matrix.
- Work closely with management team to set up a standardized process among company SSC
- Develops, implements & maintains systems, procedures and policies to ensure the accurate compilation, analysis & reporting of accounting data.
- Work with other team members and departments to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Accomplishment of the continuous improvement projects in SSC
- Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting field
- Over 15 years of working experience with Strong track record in SSC
- Extensive Leadership experience
- Proactive, clear communication
- Fluent in English and Chinese
