Opportunity to improve, redesign and automate and entire global process|Fast growing shared services centre for a global multinational company.
Our client is a global manufacturing organisation for the pharmaceuticals industry, headquartered in Europe with revenues of more than EUR 5 billion. The India office is primarily a shared services centre which is on the path towards becoming a GBS organisation.
- Managing Order Management, revenue recognition, credit operations, overdue accounts, and cash applications.
- Standardise payment terms across the company and drive initiatives to optimise working capital, particularly in receivables management.
- Define and uphold a set of global key performance indicators to evaluate the operational efficiency of the O2C process.
- Establish and maintain management information systems to serve both internal and external stakeholders.
- Spearhead global improvement and transformation efforts for the O2C process, ensuring alignment with the business strategy. This includes identifying areas for enhancement, harmonisation, and alignment, and overseeing the implementation of these improvements within O2C processes and systems.
- Ensure operational functionality of O2C systems, embedding established procedures within the systems, and ensuring teams adhere to policies and protocol
- Hail from or be ready to relocate to Navi Mumbai
- Demonstrate a minimum 10-year track record in finance shared services transformation
- Have rich experience in the Order to Cash function including Order Management, Billing, Cash Applications, Dispute Management etc
- Have experience using the SAP and Celonis platforms
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
