To lead the in-house FP&A tower for a global industry leader | To be part of the global leadership team.
Our client is an industry-leading global MNC, with presence across 40+ countries.
- Handle financial Planning, budgeting, cost management, and variance analysis
- Develop process excellence and operational efficiency
- Support the global accounting team
- People management & team building
- Work closely with the global leadership for strategy-driven decisions
- Qualified CA or Tier-1 MBA
- 14-20 years of post-qualification experience
- Hands-on experience handling/leading the FP&A tower is a must
- Prior experience in handling global stakeholders is preferred
- Preference for candidates with prior experience working with captives or IT/ITeS organisations
