Founded in 1998, Impro is a leading global manufacturer of customized OEM castings and machined components serving industry leaders in diverse industries. Most of the customers are Fortune 500 or public companies in the US and Europe.

• Formulate and execute capital expenditure plans, human resources plans, and other operational initiatives to achieve business growth objectives set by the group management and ensure that Impro Mexican plants achieve the rapid growth goals expected by the company;
• Supervise and control the operations of three plants in Mexico (precision machining plant, sand casting plant, investment casting plant), including cost control and quality control, and be responsible for the overall operating results of the company;
• Manage and ensure efficient and lean operations of the shared service department of the Mexican factory, including but not limited to the customer service department, human resources department, supply chain department, administrative department (EHS), infrastructure department, and other departments; and indirectly manage the financial department in Mexico;
• Oversee the regulatory compliance and risk mitigation measures of Impro Mexican plants and be responsible and committed to establishing healthy relationships with local governments, industrial parks, and business partners in Mexico;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the company.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, metal forming science, casting or related majors, and those with an advanced business management degree are preferred.
• Applicants with more than 10 years of work experience in related fields and those with management experience in sand casting foundry and investment casting foundry are preferred.
