*RELOCATION ASSISTANCE TO THE COLUMBUS AREA IS AVAILABLE*

This role will lead HR Shared Services and Payroll for North America.

• Provide leadership to the HR Operations team in the steady state; and
• Lead the new HR Service Delivery model implementation (year 1)
• Provide support and direction to HR Operations functions and act as the main point of contact for any issues or concerns
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with cross-functional partners to acquire feedback and post-implementation support
• Responsible for efficiency measurement of SLAs and improvement of customer happiness
• Identify future services roadmap and implementation strategy
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
• Responsible for vendor contracts and effectiveness

• Bachelor’s Degree is required with 5+ years of demonstrable experience
• Shared Services (HR or other) implementation experience is preferred
• Experience supporting employees base across multiple countries and experience leading remote teams is required
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Employee Central, SuccessFactors) and case management tools (e.g., Ask HR) is desired
• Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or advance when needed, sense of accountability and sound professional judgment
• Ability to travel locally or internationally as needed (up to 30%)

WHERE YOU’LL WORK:

• In a hybrid work environment – in office 2 days/week (office locations are in Downers Grove, IL and Dublin, OH)
• If residing in the Chicago, IL area, the expectation is to travel to Columbus, OH every other week
