Morgan Philips is partnered with a Software-As-A-Service company in the Oil & Gas industry. With a strong presence in APAC & US and a recent closed funding round, they are looking for a highly qualified Head of Order to Cash for their newly established KL Shared Services.

  • Define and execute O2C vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • In charge of 4 subfunctions (heavily skewed towards Billings and Credit/ Collections.)
  • Work closely with Payroll and Finance internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a leader for BAU, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive cohesive collaborations and a “taking accountability” spirit within KLSSC.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in Finance SSC, Order-to-Cash leading AR relevant divisions.
  • Involvement in Lean Six Sigma Projects/ KAIZEN/ CI.
  • Prior experience as a leader/ manager of at least 10 headcounts.
  • Prior experience in new shared service set ups are a plus.
