Our client is a leading Listed services company dedicated to providing exceptional consultancy services. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, they are expanding their team and seeking a dynamic and experienced Order to Cash Senior Manager/ Head of O2C to lead the finance operations.

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to assess and mitigate credit risk.
  • Monitor credit limits, analyze credit reports, and make informed decisions to optimize the balance between risk and reward.
  • Oversee the collections team to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding receivables.
  • Manage cash application processes, reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to revenue recognition standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any revenue-related issues.
  • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on revenue recognition processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust AR-related management reporting, providing insights into key metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with finance and business leaders to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audits related to AR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and collaborate with the tax department to meet reporting requirements.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance with financial policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CA) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role overseeing order to cash functions, preferably in a listed services company.
  • Strong understanding of credit management, collections, and cash application processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition standards and experience with compliance in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with audit and tax compliance processes.
