As the recruitment partners of an American multinational company, that operates in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, we are currently recruiting a Finance Controller to join their Shared Services Center in Lisbon.
- Implement, monitor and manage working capital metrics, including inventory levels, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Conduct detailed analysis of working capital components and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as finance, supply chain, and procurement, to implement working capital strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast working capital trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on working capital performance for senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to regional finance teams on working capital-related matters.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to working capital management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on working capital topics and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop the Order to Cash End to End metrics and KPIs Dashboard
- Ensure the consistency and accuracy of the data received and used,
- Utilize predictive forecasting through simulation development.
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Management or similar;
- Experience between 3 and 6 years, acquired in similar tasks;
- Advanced user of MS Office (especially Excel);
- User knowledge of SAP R/3 (Valued: experience with SAP S/4 HANA);
- Experience in Shared Services Centre is a plus;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Effective business writing and professional communication skills;
- Availability to travel.
