And Data.Soul, which offers e-commerce solutions.Job DescriptionThe professional will be responsible for managing the entire financial area of the holding, which serves group companies in the format of CSC – Shared Services Center.
- Controllership and FP&A, DP, Tax, Finance, Legal, IT, Facilities;
- Strong performance in analysis and financial planning;
- Budget/Forecast;
- Consolidation and reporting of information to Shareholders;
- Financial performance indicators/contribution margin;
- Implementation and management of processes through BPM tools (currently Pipefy);
- Corporate governance (the holding company is an S.A);
- He will also join the companies’ boards to discuss growth strategies, profitability gains and possible M&A operations.
- Complete higher education in Finance, with Postgraduate or MBA in related areas;
- Advanced English is essential;
- Solid knowledge and experience in management positions in the Finance area;
- Proximity and familiarity with innovation technologies and concepts;
- Experience in the provision of consultancy services, technology and related areas.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (drive, sheets, docs, etc.)
