This is a back-office provider center located here in the Philippines. They are headquartered in a European country and is providing molecular examining solutions.

• Overall F&A shared services team, including employee engagement & retention.
• Drive continuous improvement & Finance & Accounting Excellence via projects & initiatives that bring significant business outcomes.
• Oversight of accounting reporting process including application of internal controls.
• Assurance of timeliness & accuracy of monthly & quarterly financial reporting as well as the optimization of financial reporting processes and integration of new subsidiaries from the finance perspective
• Provide guidance for accounting questions from subsidiaries/other departments & assist in reviewing compliance with accounting standards; representation of accounting department in terms of financial aspects in projects that involve various departments
• Overall accountable for GL, AR & AP groups & processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related course.
• With 7- 10 years works experience in accounting and finance.
• Knowledgeable of own organizational area
• With managerial experience
• Can start as soon as possible
