The client is a corporation that is publicly listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. It has invested in different segments of the power value chain and is expanding its interest in infrastructure development.

• The Legal Head will serve as the company’s chief legal officer and head of the legal department.
• He/She will be responsible for the legal affairs of the corporation, covering both corporate governance and compliance programs and other legal requirements of the company.
• He/she is seen to provide strategic direction on major legal and regulatory issues the company may face. Given that legal is a shared service, he/she shall oversee the delivery of legal services and resources.

• Should have served as a high ranking / senior legal executive in a corporate, or a senior partner in a highly reputable law firm with sufficient background on power and/or infrastructure (if possible), labor law and litigation.
• Should likewise have good networking skills with existing/established contacts deemed beneficial to the company.
• Non-Negotiable – Experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Experience working in a power company, utility, water (preferred but not required).
