The University of Kentucky HealthCare Enterprise ( UKHC ) is seeking a Senior Director of Shared Services.
This position will provide strategic leadership for a variety of essential services that are shared across Pharmacy Services throughout the Enterprise. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Medication Safety and Joint Commission accreditation; Controlled Substance surveillance program; Oversight of Human Resources, Staff Development, Contracting, Marketing and Communication.

Required License/Registration/Certification
Licensed Pharmacist
Physical Requirements
May include standing for greater than 5 hours at a time and possibly walking several miles per day. May require the ability to reach items above shoulder level and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Clinical Knowledge, Leadership Skills, Knowledge of federal, state and other pharmacy laws and regulations including TJC accreditation standards.

Preferred Education/Experience
Health System Pharmacy Leadership/Management experience preferred; Experience with accreditation ( TJC ) highly preferred.
