The HR Shared Services Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading a team that serves as the first point of contact for HR related questions and support to our stores, SSC, and distribution centers. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-quality service standards, implementing process improvements, leveraging analytics to measure team performance, and ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).

In addition, the manager will collect, analyze, and report on HR data and metrics. This includes identifying and tracking key HR performance indicators (KPIs), such as employee engagement, retention rate, cost to hire, and time to fill open positions. The position plays a vital role in helping the organization achieve its HR goals.

  • Oversee a team of associates that provides support to the stores, SSC, and DCs
  • Lead and manage a team of HR Shared Services Associates
  • Build and maintain effective processes for HR transactions
  • Use analytics to measure the effectiveness and success of the team
  • Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to meet the needs of the business
  • Provide guidance to HR Shared Services Associates
  • Partner with other HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery, including employment, drug, and background screening
  • Develop and implement a plan for collecting and analyzing HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll system, exit surveys, and employee surveys
  • Conduct trend analysis to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for improving HR processes and programs based on data analysis
  • Engage regularly with the key stakeholders regarding new initiatives, HR analytics and reporting needs.
  • Develop and present monthly reports and/or PowerPoint presentations on HR KPIs
  • Facilitate and maintain collaborative vendor relationships; ensure vendors’ understanding of business’s requirements and service expectations
  • Lead user access management for related HR systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis and reporting is preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Extensive expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Workday a plus
  • Experience managing and motivating team members
