We are now looking for a Head of Shared Services (m/f/d) for our Berlin location to strengthen the delivery department! Become part of the von Rundstedt team and help us to successfully design workforce transformation projects as head of our central job office team! - From recruiting to performance management – comprehensive responsibility for employees, including onboarding and strengths-based development.
- Formulation of a vision for the area, derivation of team and individual goals in accordance with the corporate strategy.
- Conception, implementation and optimization of service processes, especially virtual ones, taking into account the interfaces to other teams and in the sense of a consistent customer journey.
- Digitization and automation of processes in cooperation with your colleagues from the “Digital Products” team.
- Evaluation and introduction of software solutions in collaboration with the IT team.
- Active involvement of customers in offer and product development, and continuous analysis of customer needs within the team.
- You have a completed degree or comparable training.
- You have initial management experience in the areas of consulting, process management, service design or customer experience management.
- Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes as well as in customer journey mapping in the service, service or consulting sectors.
- Enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of processes, efficient and effective design of consulting and service processes using digital tools.
- Innovative thinker with the urge to push issues forward. Combination of strategic foresight and pragmatic problem-solving skills, ideal for a medium-sized family business.
- Very good understanding of business management, easy handling of key figures and a high affinity for IT.
- Ideally, you have already completed training in systemic coaching.
- Familiarity with agile methods such as SCRUM, Design Thinking and Co., coupled with a deep understanding of customer centricity.
