As the Head of Finance, you will be at the forefront of driving the financial strategy. This role is about more than just numbers; it’s about leading a team to achieve exceptional results and making strategic decisions that will shape the company’s future. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the Finance Shared Service Centre, Financial Control, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A functions, directly contributing to our ambitious growth plans.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated finance team of 50+ heads
- Develop and implement innovative financial strategies.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial reporting.
- Oversee crucial finance functions, including FP&A, treasury and tax.
- Play a key role in guiding the company’s financial direction and growth.
- An experienced finance professional with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
