ESKO is seeking a reliable and communicative credit controller who will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible for the EMEA region. In this hybrid job, preferable 2 days from our office in Brno, Czech you will be responsible for all credit collections for the DACH and Eastern European region. You are fluent in English and German and a strong independent talent to drive the collections for ESKO, but at the same time cooperative and working closely with sales and our customer.

You will be part of an enthusiastic team of 3 credit controllers and reporting to the Team Leader Credit Collection, all located in Belgium (Headquarter located in Ghent). You will work on hybrid base from the Brno Czech office and be a part of the local Shared Service Finance team, consisting of approx. 20 ESKO colleagues.

• Keep track of assigned accounts for collection efforts
• Take action to recover outstanding payments in the DACH region and East of Europe.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Handle questions or complaints
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and disputes.
• Create trust relationships with customers and the internal sales team.
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or equivalent work experience as credit controller
• Fluent knowledge of English and German, any other language is a plus
• Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in an international environment
• Working in AX Dynamics and Onguard (=Collection tool)
