Leads and coordinates a procurement sub-team within RBSC Procurement. The Team is responsible to implement, maintain and run all processes for P2P Procurement. The Teamlead ensures the efficient, effective, compliant and accurate processing/monitoring of purchase orders for external vendors, in line with legal requirements and BI internal guidelines. Teamlead is responsible to drive standardization, monitor SLA Times and harmonization of processes within the respective procurement team and various BI crossfunctional business units by driving a continious improvement in process quality.
- Leadership/Team management and performance monitoring in line with agreed service level agreements and the defined quality/time for the respective procurement team.
- Develops, trains, and coaches the team, advocates and drives the BI culture.
- Responsible on collaboration, development and performance of the team.
- Prepares monthly KPI deck for Leadership/Management meeting and involves in monthly KPI discussion with the local team.
- Responsible on workload management (FTE, Leaves and Overtime analysis).
- Responsible in incidents monitoring and responding to queries and escalations (as needed).
- Monitors and review of EOD and KPI reports.
- Overall responsible in the operation, training and deliverables of Procurement team.
- Responsibility to coordinate/drive continuous improvement and drive standardization of processes for the respective procurement team and countries together with Accounts Payable, Global/Local Sourcing and cross functional business units.
- Coordinates collaboration between the sub-team (e.g. S2P Direct, S2P Central Services, Accounts Payable) to drive continuous improvement and standardization/harmonization of support-related processes with the local market team.
- Integrate OPUs and functions into GBS and ensure smooth transition and service delivery.
- Implementation of standards (e.g. communication) for an efficient customer relationship management and to upgrade the delivery of procurement services within BI.
- Involvement in the local training demand together with the Head of Accounts Payable, S2P Direct to handle any question/queries.
- Overall monitoring of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) activities by attending in Global BCP Meetings and participate in the testing and validation.
- Participates in the alignment/community call within GBS centers with global experts such as PM and SME.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in People Leadership (recognized as a leader)
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Excellent Procurement background and/or end-to-end S2P processes
- Excellent system knowledge (SRM, SAP, S4 Hana, Ariba, MyServices)
- Shared Service and Global exposure
- Responsible for the efficient, effective and accurate processing and monitoring of purchase orders to external vendors, in line with legal requirements and BI internal guidelines.
- Drives procurement automation/process standardization.
- Responsible on effective decision-making, coaching, mentoring, developing the team’s skills and managing conflict.
- Language skills: English (fluent) in spoken and written
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the Procurement/Purchasing area
- Excellent understanding/knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes.
- Excellent system knowledge (SRM, Ariba, SAP, S4 Hana, MyService).
- Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational, delegation, defining priorities and time management skills.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experienced in leading and coaching people, as well as solving conflicts.
- Experienced in an international environment and Shared Service and Global exposure
- Strong ability to improve organizational structures and internal processes.
