Providence Shared Services is a service line within Providence that provides a variety of functional and system support services for our family of organizations across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington. We are focused on supporting our Mission by delivering a robust foundation of services and sharing of specialized expertise.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will provide senior program and project management services in support of health plan operations. You will play a key role in the facilitation and successful delivery of strategic planning, project planning and budget planning efforts along with members of the Business Delivery Team. You will lead business s initiatives as assigned to build and maintain key elements of our enterprise operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent educ/experience.
• 10 or more years’ Experience in project management and/or program management experience within complex business operations or IS environments.
• 5 or more years work experience in healthcare, including direct experience of managing projects with a significant health insurance component.
• Team leadership and/or matrix management of other project managers

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMI certification (PMP) and/or Agile certification (SAFE, CSM etc.)
• Experience with Facets or other major health insurance applications
