BPG is currently supporting the transformation of the Global Shared Services for a global leading F&B, Health & Biosciences organization.

To support this project, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Consultant who work with the closely with the team to build capabilities and establish a Continuous Improvement Infrastructure and performance culture by nurturing routines and working closely with Leaders and Staff to establish new ways of working as well change mindsets and behaviours.

This role would be on a contract basis for 6-months with a potential option to extend.

• Training and Development of Leaders and Staff in Continuous Improvement techniques
• Implement Global Continuous Improvement and Performance Culture Standards and Strategy within the Regional Centres
• Drive daily Performance Management and structured Problem Solving activities to establish the right mindsets and behaviours
• Facilitation of complex problem solving / Kaizen events and ensure delivery of improvements with measurable business impact (P&L)
• Coaching and development of Leaders & CI Champions

• 5 years of Continuous Improvement experience
• 3 years experience as either In-house or Continuous Improvement Consultant
• 3 years of Finance Shared Service Industry experience
• LeanSixSigma BlackBelt Certification or Lean equivalent
• Experience in establishing routines and successfully driving Change Management
• Experience in MNCs and capability to navigate through cultural differences
• Strong ability to influence and develop people with a hands-on attitude
• Can communicate effectively in writing & verbally
• Analytical and data driven with the technical ability to manage data & build reporting tools
• Track record in delivering successful transformation projects
• Full English proficiency and Local language & culture
