We are looking for you as a Financial Controller (m/f/d) for the dual leadership of Grupo Antolín Logistik Deutschland.

As an authorized signatory, you are responsible for the finances of all JIT/JIS assembly plants and logistics centers in Germany. You will act together in dual leadership with the General Manager GALD (Grupo Antolín Logistik Deutschland).

• Supervision of logistics from a business management perspective, including preparation of the monthly income statement with target cost accounting, variance analyses and comments
• Management of the shared service centre in India
• Independent preparation of the annual budget including monitoring of target fulfilment (P&L, CAPEX, working capital, etc.)
• Creating and analysing the relevant KPIs as well as initiating and tracking regulatory measures
• Developing the 5-year business plan in collaboration with the heads of the business units
• Controlling of investment proposals and investment execution
• Close cooperation with the headquarters in Spain with regular reporting of all relevant financial data
• Coordinating and supporting financial audits with external auditors and reporting the results to management
• Independently updating the level of knowledge with regard to changes in legislation and working closely with the internal legal department
• Reviewing and approving the financial conditions in contractual documents
• Disciplinary and technical management of the accounting team in Cologne

• Business studies with a focus on controlling or finance and accounting
• Alternatively, training in the field of finance with continuous further qualification in accounting and controlling
• Several years of professional experience in controlling in an industrial environment – preferably in the automotive industry – is essential
• Experience in production and assembly logistics or a general understanding of logistics processes is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, preferably also good knowledge of Spanish
• Independent and responsible approach combined with the ability to work as a team in a dual leadership role
• High level of comprehension and quick understanding of complex issues as well as an extremely analytical and detail-orientated way of working
• Confident, self-assured and authoritative demeanour supported by strong argumentation skills on all financial topics
• Leading by example, delegating, motivation and team spirit
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Germany
