Corporate Finance Shared Services (CFSS) in India provides various services such as FP&A, GAO, Reg Reporting, Treasury, Finance Change Delivery (FCD) services to State Street Finance leaders across the world. FCD being part of CFSS in India is more of techno-functional team. FCD partners with Business to provide services such as Program/Project management, Business and Data Analysis, Reporting expertise, RDR, FTDR reconciliations, etc.
About Process
Finance Change Delivery (FCD) organization involves overseeing and delivering a portfolio of projects that involve cross-organizational finance and/or risk related initiatives.
FCD PMO is a group responsible for change management, program/project management, alignment with Enterprise partners and coordination of regulatory monitor and audit requirements.
- Manage relationship with key global leaders across FCD and wider organization and act as the primary relationship manager to track and report Portfolios managed under the ambit of Finance Change Delivery (FCD)
- Responsible for project management including scope. schedule, cost, resources, risk. issues, dependencies, quality, procurement, and communications.
- Identify and understand relationships bet ween program problems, issues, and risks, and provide thoughtful recommendations and transparency when escalating
- Engage and lead senior leadership meetings
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate data into a story
- Defines and develops project/program management best practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
- Defines and consults on measurement strategies, tools, scorecards and surveys across organization.
- Ensures that effective project management governance, procedures, tools and financial controls are established and maintained.
- Builds the skills of the project management organization to include strong program and project governance and delivery skills.
- Leads initiatives to partner with internal teams to plan, scope, and manage for highest quality client experience and results; monitor all project processes and operations for time and resource efficiencies, cost management, and process improvement opportunities.
- Builds strong working relationships across organizations and geographies.
- Project credentials such as PMP or at least 5 years of hands on project management experience
- Experience with demand management, PMO processes including project tools such as Jira, Clarity and Microsoft project required
- Ability to work with executive leaders to define strategy, prioritize complicated, interdependent work efforts to create a roadmap for execution.
- Ability to frame new initiatives into manageable programs and structure project teams accordingly.
- Ability to manage in challenging global and multiple priorities driven environment within Financial Services
