As a crucial member of our team, you will be Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and control of Shared Services functions within the organization and involves monitoring process and strategy implementation, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize resources.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Planning & Control department.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets for Shared Services.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for Shared Services, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for Shared Services.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization within Shared Services, streamlining processes, and reducing operational costs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Shared Services with organizational needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and escalation within Shared Services.
  • Work closely with IT teams to leverage technology for improved efficiency and automation.
  • Lead and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing Shared Services capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, financ ,engineering, or a related field.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Shared Services management, planning, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of Shared Services functions (HR, administration, procurement, IT, cybersecurity).
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for planning and control.
