GBS PMO Manager Transition and Transformation manages the overall projects’ and programs’ funnel for both teams (Transition and Transformations) and has oversight supportive role to Transition & Transformation Leaders
When appropriate, PMO Manager may also develop standards, tools and practices to specifically support a particular project effort. Additionally, he/she is responsible to guide and monitors the activities of projects or multiple related projects or program and support project or program management in developing project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
- Supports and streamlines Transition and Transformation leaders effort to create visibility over current and forecasted roadmaps in respective portfolios, including tracking initiative status, team dashboards / KPIs, PM capacity constraints debottlenecking, project dependency management
- Coordinates implementation of standard tools/practices across the teams
- Runs best practice sharing across the team by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects
- Exposed to work cross teams and cross-cultures with senior leaders in the GBS Transition and Transformation organization
- Possibility to develop lateral career paths within own team (PMs/PMOs)
- Have > 5 years of relevant working experience, including 3 years of experience in PMO setup and support of a large projects and programs
- Experienced in setting up, harmonizing and revamping PMO standard work including PM/PMO tooling, templates and project portfolio tracking solutions
- Proficient in setting up and managing the overall projects and programs’ funnel and roadmaps (incl. tracking initiative status) in cooperation with respective portfolio leaders
- Proficient in following up on multiple project/program related tasks, and working smoothly cross-teams and doing write-ups (meeting minutes) relevant to the audience
