- Responsible for the overall development planning, design, implementation and operation management of the group’s HRSSC, and building a service system
- Integrate resources, reshape the HRSSC full business chain process and delivery scenarios, and focus on the SSC business development direction Promote the optimization of HR systems and processes
- According to the company’s development plan and organizational system, formulate SSC-related policies and implementation methods, and constantly improve relevant systems and processes
- Develop SSC service content and service standards, and lead the team to continuously improve Service quality, improve internal and external customer satisfaction and employee experience
- Responsible for SSC’s supplier management, formulate service standards and feedback mechanisms, and improve work efficiency
- Responsible for managing the group’s global salary system and welfare policies, and monitoring daily salary and benefits Implementation and adjustment
- Responsible for integrating global employment policies, salary and benefits, and HR-related laws and regulations, improving management standards, and building a compliance management system.
- Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majors in human resources management and business administration are preferred
- More than 8 years of human resources work experience in large enterprises, more than 3 years of experience in the establishment and daily operation management of a Human Resources Shared Service Center (HRSSC)
