Our client, a growing and dynamic technology organisation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Shared Services / HR Operations Manager. - Oversee and manage the HR Shared Services function, ensuring high-quality service delivery in alignment with corporate strategies and goals.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of HR systems and processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage complex employee relations, compensation & benefits structures, and compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Collaborate with senior management and other HR teams to ensure cohesive and strategic HR operations.
- Provide expert consultancy on employee relations and HR matters to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading an HR Shared Services function.
- Strong background in compensation and benefits and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HR system implementation.
- Experience managing third-party providers and working in a matrix organisation.
- Ability to develop effective cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively across diverse groups.
- Analytical, decisive, and adaptable, with a focus on delivering results.
- Business-oriented with excellent attention to detail and a passion for the HR profession.
