- Implementation, maintenance and improvement of HR information systems (time management, payroll analysis tools, org management, shared services solutions, Anaplan, SAP, Success Factors etc.)
- Implementation of the HR-IT roadmap taking into account the seamless integration of HRIS into the system landscape
- Creation of specialist concepts and tenders as well as selection of providers
- Project management in an interdisciplinary, global environment as well as technical support for software implementations
- Development and implementation of relevant HR reporting and analyzes as well as carrying out data quality audits
- Collaborate with the works council and data protection to implement and maintain data protection and security measures
- Development and training of innovative training and documentation as well as ensuring user acceptance
- Assessment of current HR processes and identification of optimization opportunities in the HR Shared Service Center
This is what you need to be successful with us
- In-depth expertise in the HRIS environment and many years of implementation experience (e.g. SAP HCM, Success Factors, Time & Attendance, BI Reporting, eAkte, Payroll Analysis eg Centric)
- Experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team
- You are a project management talent and enjoy dealing with different people
- Very good knowledge of process optimization, including lean management
- Proficient in German and English
- Master’s degree in HR, business administration, IT or a related field
