This is an exciting opportunity to join the Pfizer Digital Client Partners team and contribute to our vision to lead Pfizer Digital engagement with our clients, drive digital strategy and achieve target outcomes, and govern and prioritize the digital portfolio.
The Digital Client Partner team is looking for a customer focused, energetic, strategic, and innovative person to be a Pfizer Digital Client Partner for the Global Business Services (GBS) Colleague Services & Payroll organization. The leader will be expected to drive and participate in BOLD move initiatives within the GBS Colleague Services & Payroll organization and advise on aspects of digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities, and internal Digital capabilities.
As the Senior Manager, Client Partner for Colleague Services & Payroll, you will collaborate with the Client Partner lead to define and execute the digital strategy for our organization. You will engage with the leadership team, leaders from other departments, and various digital teams to manage and deliver solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to business case development and ensure a valuable partnership with business and digital stakeholders.

- Participate in GBS Colleague Services & Payroll initiatives, providing thought leadership and driving continuous improvement in operations.
Breadth and Depth of Knowledge
- Develop strategies for a portfolio of products and projects within the GBS Colleague Services & Payroll.
- Utilize industry knowledge and customer requirements to adapt and implement strategic actions.
- Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and stay updated on the external marketplace, anticipating customer needs.

- Actively share knowledge with multiple functions through existing knowledge sharing processes and systems.
- Contribute to the development of organizational knowledge management processes and systems.

- Make decisions that have long-term effects on the objectives of the GBS Colleague Services & Payroll.
- Motivate indirect reports and deliverresults for GBS Colleague Services & Payroll.
Communication
- Utilize a variety of communication tools and techniques to help colleagues understand how their work aligns with business priorities.
- Present business issues across GBS Colleague Services & Payroll.
- Foster an open communication environment to leverage the knowledge and expertise of GBS Colleague Services & Payroll resources.
Influencing Others
- Lead teams in implementing strategic direction for GBS Colleague Services & Payroll, potentially impacting multiple areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or Masters in Business Administration
- Specific subject matter expertise (SME) in HR Services processes.
- 7+ plus years of experience managing complex programs, while managing senior customer relationships.
- Previous experience should include implementation of enterprise based systems, covering the full system lifecycle.
- Familiarity with computer systems is recommended.
