You will join our finance and performance teams as a Senior Manager GBS-CSP F/M. You will be trained in Deloitte methodologies and accelerators/tools to work on the different project stages from strategy to the deployment of new organizations. Within our growing team dedicated to Global Business Services / Shared Services Center, we support our clients in the transformation of their organizations, operating in all sectors of activity.

• Process maturity analysis:
  • Mainly on Finance Procure-to-pay / P2P, Record-to-record / R2R, Order-to-cash / O2C processes
  • But also on other processes: Purchasing, Human Resources, IT, etc.
• Benchmarking: organizations and/or process performance
• Identification of avenues for improvement and transformation levers (quick-wins & long term)
• Definition of target processes (coupled or not with the implementation of digital tools)
• Definition of organization and target governance models
• Development of the transformation roadmap
• Evaluation of the ROI of the transformation / realization of financial modeling (business case)
• Support in implementing the defined target
• Management of project teams/devices
• Contribution to the commercial development of the GBS-CSP team

• You have 8 to 10 years of experience:
• You have managed projects related to Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services Center (CSP) in a consulting firm or
• You are an actor within a GBS / CSP structure or
• You have had the opportunity to understand process redesign issues, mainly Finance (but also for other cross-functional functions)
• You are familiar with internal digital tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Mastery of BI tools is a plus.
• You are dynamic, enjoy working in a team and demonstrate qualities of adaptation, listening and proactivity
• You have interpersonal skills and a sense of community
• You are a source of suggestions for all of your activities
• You demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy with your teams
• You are proficient in oral and written English (C1/C2): are able to facilitate exchanges / lead workshops, and establish analyzes / restitutions in English
