• Develop, in conjunction with the Group CFO, goals and objectives for the Finance Department in line with the business strategy and objectives.
• Manage the accounting department and related Shared Services support consisting of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost accounting, inventory, tax filings, and property records.
• Prepare financial reports for business line management and the IP&E Board of Directors.
• Prepare financial analyses with recommendations for improving profitability.
• Review financials and operational reporting with business line management.
• Remain current on job-specific skills through training courses, seminars, conferences, and professional memberships.
• Develop and implement cross-training and other programs and strategies to improve accounting and managerial skill levels, and enhance individual employee advancement potential, productivity, safety, and quality within the Department.
• Serve as project manager on special projects, as assigned by the Group CFO.
• Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned or required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in accounting
• MBA preferred

Work Experience

• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in all aspects of financial accounting and three years of supervisory/managerial experience

Licensure/Certification/Professional Association

• U.S. CPA preferred
