We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President – Operations Support Manager based in Taguig, Philippines. - Manage the team of Recruiting Coordinators responsible for interview scheduling, CV screening, candidate workflow management, candidate inquiry management and invoice processing
- Provide overall strategy, structure and direction to the team to ensure performance, quality and quantity of work are within the agreed SLA
- Promote process efficiency and translate into resource planning, budget management and formulation of procedures
- Identify process gaps and recommend new work procedures to help streamline operations and adapt to Citi’s New Way of doing things
- Handle high level escalations and complex operational issues at departmental management level
- Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions that support clients best interest
- Collaborate with other department leads to ensure process alignment and standardization at a regional/global level Ensure high engagement of the team by leveraging on VOE feedback and survey results
- Mentor, coach and train team members to meet performance expectations
- Conduct performance evaluations, compensation reviews and disciplinary actions as needed
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- 6-10 years of experience with background in Operations of HR Shared Services
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
