Our client is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, headquartered out of Europe, they have been operating for more than 150yrs.

Controllership/business partnering is still in its infancy in the company, and this new role has been identified as necessary to establish this new discipline within the Philippine operation.

• Work in areas such as providing strategic finance decision support, strengthening how they are able to translate the company’s financial information, provide advice around pricing, forecasting (both annual and longer term), business planning etc.
• Interacting and advising stakeholders at all levels upto c-suite and Board.

• Suitable candidates will need to have had experience in a similar role, e.g. financial controlling, FP&A, and/or business partnering, within a multi-national company based in the Philippines.

• Bachelor’s degree in any business related course

• A minimum of 15yrs working experience in the field of finance

• A minimum of 5yrs of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, and business partnering roles

• Previous experience working in a multi-national company based in the Philippines

• Proven track record collaborating effectively with both internal and external teams and all key stakeholders (from the very bottom to the very top, ‘c-level executives’)

• The ability to engage, build and nurture relationships that will impact on growth and revenue

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint

• Previous experience using SAP and reporting tools such as Business Warehouse and Cognos.
