• Individual contributor role fucusing on APAC IT/Digital Talent recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment process. Source and identify potential candidates using various methods, such as resume databases, referrals, networking events, and online platforms
• Managing internal stakeholders based in different countries in APAC region, giving advice and the best market insights on IT/ Tech talentscape
• Manage workload and ensure available resources on daily basis.
• Working with vendors to ensure smooth project/ hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines in HRIS – Workday.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or a similar role in the IT/various industry.
• Experience in using various sourcing methods and platforms to find and attract technical talent.
• Knowledge of various interview techniques and assessment methods for technical roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and Workday
• Candidate with Regional Recruitment exposure will be prioritised
