A leading services multinational corporation. With a 55 billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hiring for Regional TA Manager/Senior Manager.
- Individual contributor role fucusing on APAC IT/Digital Talent recruitment.
- End-to-end recruitment process. Source and identify potential candidates using various methods, such as resume databases, referrals, networking events, and online platforms
- Managing internal stakeholders based in different countries in APAC region, giving advice and the best market insights on IT/ Tech talentscape
- Manage workload and ensure available resources on daily basis.
- Working with vendors to ensure smooth project/ hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines in HRIS – Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or a similar role in the IT/various industry.
- Experience in using various sourcing methods and platforms to find and attract technical talent.
- Knowledge of various interview techniques and assessment methods for technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and Workday
- Candidate with Regional Recruitment exposure will be prioritised
