Employbridge is looking for a high-energy and experienced leader to lead the Enterprise Order to Cash group function and process. These processes include, but not limited to: Credit, Collections, Billing, Cash Application, Analytics and Reporting to accelerate cash. In this leadership role, you will have direct ownership over these processes and that includes day-to-day execution, implementation of our standardized policies and practices, drive continuous improvements and be a strategic partner to our operational leaders.

Transform current Order to Cash process to World Class standard, more specifically:

Billing

• Oversees the development of process and gap analyses; understand and apply best practices; play a hands-on role in proposing and testing solutions.

• Establish and maintain KPIs for reporting on invoicing activities.

• Identify and develop RPA opportunities to drive efficiency and ability to scale.

• Drive towards 100% electronic delivery of invoices and back up documentation.

• Partner with Associate Payroll and Field Leaders to eliminate invoicing errors.

• Leads and reviews information in support of internal and external audit requests.

Cash Applications

• Develop cash receipt application processes and ensure cash receipts are posted to client accounts both timely and accurately while reducing unapplied cash balances.

• Develop RPA capabilities to manage high volume Vendor Managed System (VMS) reconciliations.

• Modify and enhance the High Radius methodology increasing the success rate of auto- application for all forms of payments.

Collections

• Strategically execute the billing and collections processes to ensure efforts are focused on optimizing cash flow and the achievement of corporate financial goals. Partner with Corporate Finance (Treasury) to align on forecasting, collection, and DSO targets.

• Continuously improve collection processes to minimize past due receivables and bad debt expense.

• Design meaningful data insights and reporting that monitors operational goals and the health of the accounts receivable portfolio.

• Prepare, analyze, and summarize reporting and presentations to senior leadership.

Credit

• Develop and manage the Credit Policy and Procedures and provide leadership and guidance, while working effectively with our growth and operational leaders. Effectively lead, coach, and develop managers and analysts, while building a strong culture around results, accountability, and values.

• Develop relationships with cross functional leaders within the organization to identify and drive continuous improvement.

• Identify and deliver service improvement activity across Shared Services and business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.

• Foster and manager critical vendor relationships.

• Create a high energy culture grounded in customer service, positivity, results orientation, and winning by progressing goals every day.

Leadership

• Effectively lead, coach, and develop managers and analysts, while building a strong culture around results, accountability, and values.

• Develop relationships with cross functional leaders within the organization to identify and drive continuous improvement.

• Identify and deliver service improvement activity across Shared Services and the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.

• Foster and manager critical vendor relationships.

• Create a high energy culture grounded in customer service, positivity, results orientation, and winning by progressing goals every day.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent related field, MBA preferred

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing a large-scale, client facing team within a Shared Services environment; more specifically, successfully developed, implemented and led Billing, Cash Application, Collection and Credit functions within a service industry company

• Proven track record of business success, achievement, and promotion

• Experience leading new system implementations

• Strong ability to identify opportunities and offer clear recommendations

• Proven leadership skills which include recruiting and staffing to build a strong team that delivers outstanding results

• Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

• Must be highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology

• Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required

• Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including clients, while functioning as a team player

• Six Sigma a plus
