People are our greatest taonga – it is through our people that the tribal legacy lives. Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu exists to grow and develop Ngāi Tahu whānau members, so they are culturally able, well-connected to their Ngāi Tahu community and outstanding performers in their chosen field. As shared-service function, Toi Tangata (People & Culture) supports Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu Group to realise the Ngāi Tahu tribal vision: mō tātou, ā, mō kā uri ā muri ake nei – for us and our children after us, through their mahi.
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and skilled HR Business Partner to join our Toi Tangata team. This role is unique, offering the chance to influence both the corporate environment of Ngāi Tahu Holdings and the agricultural landscape of Ngāi Tahu Farming.
