- Manage the execution of a range of HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding administration, contract management, leave management, attendance management, benefits administration, HR query management (Service Desk), employee personnel file management, verification letter, etc.
- Design and implement attendance management process and systems in warehouse/sorting & distribution center to align with regional logistic practice and enhance efficiency/regulatory compliance
- Optimize process of HR operations for the whole region, driving towards the next digital level
- Collect and analyze relevant data and monitor the operational performance by leveraging metrics and monthly review
- Establish strong working relationship to ensure an effective communication & strong partnership across HR Community, as well as employees and people leaders.
- More than 5 years of experience in HR shared services, HR processes, HR systems and technologies (especially in time & attendance system) , project management, data management, local laws and regulations
- Fluent in English, verbal and written; Mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university or college in related area
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups and countries
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication skills and training skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to ad hoc requests
