Organization Build
- Hire, mentor and train a team of Senior Operational Managers, Line Manager and drive operational excellence
- Implement defined organization service delivery culture and drive customer experience behaviors in the delivery organization
Delivery Management
- Engineer and build effective and efficient process models by defining improvement areas, identifying the right internal controls and implementation methodologies
- Identify areas of process improvements, digital intervention and implement in your towers
- Work with Senior Leadership and drive optimization projects
- Be responsible for compliance to organization process, statutory regulations and drive relevant outcomes
- Strategize Knowledge retention processes and help build a knowledge bank, curated training material for delivery teams
Digital and Automation projects
- Identify areas of automation, strategize, work with the relevant teams to implement digital transformation projects
- Build Business case and ROI models for digital transformation
Tower Profitability
- Drive Tower level Profitability on client engagements by ensuring effective cost management
- Define and drive organizational metrics such as Cost per Transaction, Volumes per person, etc.
EXPERIENCE : M3 15-18 years , M4 15-20 years
Desired Profile
- Should have relevant experience of 11-16 years in a BPO/Shared Service Center
- MBA Finance from a reputed university
- Good hands-on experience in overall finance and accounts, with understanding on accounting principles, reporting requirements, key controls and risks of the process.
- Good people and client management skills set. Ability to set up, streamline processes/procedures and improve the same.
- Experience in handling team size of 50 and above
- Working knowledge on Oracle Applications (desirable) in Tax or in any other Financial ERP.
