Global business service group with worldwide presence, support innovations in technology and business, train people in numerous professions and certify management systems according to international standards.

  • Oversees the full scope of HR functions in Greater China.
  • Accountable for the provision of regional specific projects and services related to Human Resources.
  • Accountable for implementing the global human resources strategy in Greater China.
  • Accountable for achieving, measuring and monitoring all HR related targets and KPIs within Greater China.
  • Accountable for implementing compliant (global) processes, policies, tools, concepts and projects in the respective region.
  • Accountable for outstanding service delivery in Greater China according to the defined Service Portfolio and Service Level Agreements.
  • Acts as central point of contact and consultant for regional management as well as Global and Business Officers. Prioritizes and coordinates requirements and inquiries from regional management as well as Global and Business Officers.
  • Accountable for implementing the HR organizational structure in close collaboration with the Global Officer and for the fulfilment of regional Service Function staff requirements according to global staff planning.
  • Responsible for workforce health including b-e-s-t practice recruiting and workforce planning to support the business.
  • Responsible for technical oversight of services provided by the HR Service Center.
  • Responsible for managing and supporting communication on Human Resources related global and regional topics.
  • Accountable for knowledge transfer within the region.
  • University Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At lease 10+ years of professional experience in related area, at least 5+ years of leadership expereience as senior manager for large teams in MNC.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, investigative and problem-solving skill.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict resolutions.
  • Knowledge of employment policies, practices and employment law and regulations in Greater China Region
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and industry trends.
  • C-h-a-m-p-i-o-n of change management including cultural change
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
