Our client is a leading FMCG organisation renowned for delivering high-quality products to their consumers worldwide. With a commitment to excellence and a progressive work culture, they are now seeking an experienced professional to lead the team as a Head of Shared Services.
Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director APAC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our shared services functions to ensure operational efficiency and a seamless employee experience. As a key leader in the HR team, you will lead the Shared Services team to optimise systems and processes, while leveraging on your expertise in HRIS platforms to provide strategic advice to the HR Director.
- Be the change champion and drive transformation initiatives to streamline processes and elevate efficiency and user adoption of HRIS.
- Partner with HR CoE Leaders to ensure internal alignment, so as to maximise effectiveness.
- Collaborate with respective regional HR leaders and business projects to manage interdependencies and identify synergies across the corporate and business function.
- Revamp and review the HRIS framework and processes to drive / enhance productivity by streamlining processes through continuous improvement.
- Engage stakeholders in understanding HR processes, identify processes and evaluate ways to improve and enhance them to deliver optimal efficiency.
- Custodian of the HR Digital Strategy and milestones for APAC to ensure that the HRIS systems are delivering user, business and HRs needs.
You will possess a minimum of 15 years’ in relevant experience handling HR systems with strong background in systems implementation, process and project planning and vendor management. Resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills. Demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs. You will have global or APAC HR digital/ HRIS transformation programs involving multiple markets.
Experience in SuccessFactors is highly desirable with a deep expertise in both the technical and processes. You have a high learning agility and an appreciation to work in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy and thrive in a changing environment and comfortable to deal with some ambiguity while shaping the role.
