• Standardization of Source to Pay process with a special focus on Invoice to Payment part.
• Exploring Automation Capabilities, staying on top of market best practices incl. process and digital solutions to support it.
• Responsible for deployment of standard processes incl. key controls through effective change management.
• Responsible for continuous improvements in the processes deployed.
• First Point of Contact for Accounting Community for any process or standard tools functional querries.
• Responsible to own topics End to End – from root cause analysis, through solution proposal & approval among all stakeholders, its deployment and building constant monitoring mechanisms.

• At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting.
• At least 2-3 of Shared Services or BPO Experience is an advantage
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to audiences at different levels in the Organization.
• Prior experience in Global Supply Chain/Procurement or e-Invoicing tools deployment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP in FICO Module
• Strong sense of ownership and self-drive is a must.
