Our Client is a new Business Services Center in Cracow.

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Teams
• Responsible for the month end closing including P&L review
• Report on Balance sheet reconciliation
• Report VAT and local tax reports
• Focus on process transition, improvement and stabilization
• Managing Leaders responsible for AR, AP and GL Teams (managing performance, staff development, training and careers)
• Defines and ensures the implementation of Service Level Agreements; sets standards for quality

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• Experience in GBS/SSC structures with operational focus on Accounting teams and processes
• 8-10 years relevant experience as a Team Lead / Finance Manager role (leading teams of min.20 people)
• Good communication skills, proven track record of process transitions as well as experience in coaching, developing team members
• Strong focus on process improvement
• Fluency in English
