Partnering with VHFR, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Head of Accounts Payable to join an innovative and hugely diverse organisation.
Based in the Manchester Shared Service Centre this exciting and varied role will enable you to showcase your natural leadership skills to manage and lead your team to deliver a strong and robust control mentality with an aim to improve process efficiency.
- Previous strong leadership experience essential
- Supporting, developing and empowering the team in line with best practice
- Strong Stakeholder experience
- Work with your team and partners to identify improvements in the control environment
- Happy to challenge and support transformation of the business
- Demonstrate experience in leading AP Managers across multiple time zones and managing multiple department teams
- Previous experience of leading a Global Accounts Payable Team
- Leading and setting the strategic direction on a global scale
- Managing and motivating large teams through change/transformation
- Exceptional Influencing and Stakeholder Management
- Project/Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience of leading an AP team in a global team across different time zones
- Shared Service experience or experience of working in a Global organisation
