- Lead a Team of 30+ in Accounting & Finance, driving consistency and excellence in Shared Services.
- Manage Critical Financial Operations including financial reporting, treasury management, payroll, AP/AR, and more.
- Implement Financial Controls and policies, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.
- Direct Annual Insurance Plans and handle cash flow and forecasting.
- Coordinate Tax Filings and Audits with third-party services.
- 10+ Years in Corporate Accounting Management, preferably in the Services Provider Industry.
- Experience in Operating System Implementation and M&A integration.
- Exceptional Communication Skills across all organizational levels.
