Investors Title is looking for a Senior Manager-Shared Services to lead the organization in the strategy, management, oversight, and compliance related to all aspects of the entire order-to-cash cycle across the enterprise. This will include management of open orders pipeline, client invoicing, collection of funds, deposits, and application of incoming funds. The Shared Services Manager will implement the future vision of centralized oversight on a globalized AR department to include all stages of the order to cash cycle.
- Partner with business unit heads and operational and marketing leaders to positively impact optimizing order to cash activities.
- Integrate and work with technology projects in the pipeline to facilitate AR and remittance functions.
- Drive enterprise oversight of accounts receivable management and reporting for all markets and all revenue segments, including oversight of the order to cash cycle via reporting and transparent KPI metrics.
- Ownership of existing policies related to accounts receivable, such as tolerance adjustments, refunds, collection practices, and commitment cancellations.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of accounts receivables specialists and a team lead.
- Identify and resolve current inefficiencies in team members’ work assignments and processes.
- Serve internal and external customers with respect to AR and payment application topics.
- BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, MBA a plus
- 12 years of experience total, and 5 years in a leadership role with strong management skills
- Proven experience in applying technology to address business challenges required
- Skilled in building the accounting/finance and IS functions to support the needs of a growing organization
- Background in a multiple company or divisional environment preferred
- Experience designing and optimizing white-collar workflows and processes
