An exciting Director, Shared Services job has just become available at one of SSCs located at Klang Valley. Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will be a part of the dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and management for the SSC.

• Identify, formulate, and implement optimal procedures for the R2R, PTP, OTC, controllership and tax streams, seeking innovative approaches to streamline processes
• Collaborate closely with the project and transformation team to execute programs or create processes and tools, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a shared service model
• Champion intelligent automation across the entire process by eliminating inefficiencies and automating manual tasks
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal controls and adherence to legal, tax, and group policies for the designated countries
• Foster robust collaboration with all stakeholders
• Supervise the staff within the designated area of responsibility, overseeing tasks such as recruitment, training, coaching, and organisational structure management to promote the professional development of employees

• University graduate or possess professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA
• At least 15 – 20 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• High integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, open-minded and a solutions-oriented person
• Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint and experience in SAP
