- Oversee the Employee Benefits and Learning administration functions in HR Group Shared Services (GSS).
- Drive HR system enhancement and other technological initiatives (eg. RPA, CRM, and Chatbot, etc) for the improvement of efficiency and service quality of HR GSS operations.
- Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of division workplan.
- Lead projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters.
- Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (including 5 years or more leadership experience).
- Strong HR system, MS Office, SharePoint knowledge.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
- Exhibit strong people management skills and competent in motivating and developing team(s).
