If you are a Human Resource professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has this exciting role for you! The Senior Manager, HR Shared Services will be responsible for managing and delivering HR services which includes payroll, employee lifecycle, benefits and mobility administration. The role will also pursue and support the HR service optimization through self-service opportunities and workflow improvements.
- Oversees and delivers HR services including outsourced payroll, mobility administration, employee lifecycle, benefits administration and helpdesk services.
- Leads, mentors and inspires a team to deliver quality and timely HR services that meet end user requirements.
- Pursues service optimization through self-service opportunities, outsourcing, workflow enhancement and automation while ensuring a balance between optimization and user experience.
- Collaborates with internal partners (HR, IT, Finance, Legal etc.) to deliver seamless services.
- Maintains compliance to internal and external regulatory and control requirements.
- Represents HR Shared Services in audit activities.
- Participates in Ad-Hoc Asia Pacific (AP) HR activities.
- Degree in relevant field with strong HR operations / shared services leadership experience.
- Sound working knowledge of local employment laws and related regulations.
- Good collaborative leader and co-worker.
- Strong working experience of HR services in connection with HRIS and related IT systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong employee service focus and aptitude.
- Strong analytical skills to dissect cross-services operational issues and develop resolutions.
- Effective planning and project management skills.
- Understanding of value stream mapping or other optimization methodology will be preferred.
- Prior work experience in a matrix structure and MNC environment will be advantageous.
