Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of global HR professionals, including hybrid and remote HR services employees.
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment, fostering cross-functional cooperation, knowledge sharing, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance expectations, regularly monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Implement a comprehensive team development program focused on upskilling to ensure the team possesses the right competencies and behaviors.
HR Shared Service Delivery:
- Assume accountability for the operational performance and service excellence of employee lifecycle support.
- Lead or actively participate in projects and initiatives aimed at designing and implementing operational, systematic, and efficient HR services.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and intake processes for the HR catalogue of services.
- Implement tiered response strategies to efficiently address HR inquiries based on complexity and urgency.
- Develop, embed, and uphold key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for HR Services and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes based on lean methodologies.
- Manage or collaborate with outsourced and offshore partners to ensure a seamless and cost-effective customer experience.
- Collaborate with 3rd party HR technology teams to streamline processes, leverage automation, and improve workflow.
- Identify risks and proactively employ predictive methods to prevent negative impacts on HR operations delivery.
- Support the development of service improvement plans for enhancements to global HR processes.
- Oversee the development of reporting capabilities, data analytics, and insights.
- Ensure accurate and secure data entry and maintenance of HRIS (Workday).
- Broader HR Collaboration.
- Support the development of HR project plans and tracking for strategic HR initiatives and projects.
- Attend the CPO Projects meeting and contribute to creating an HR roadmap in collaboration with HR leadership peers.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR Business, HR Business Partners, and HR COE to prioritize and develop an HRIS development roadmap.
Key Requirements/Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience leading an HR Shared Services team.
- Proven track record in leading and participating in projects and initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint).
- In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in HR Shared Services.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other HR case, knowledge management, and ticketing tools.
- Extensive experience with Workday HCM.
- Proficient in complex reporting and data analytics.
- Significant knowledge and experience in embedding process improvement and change management methodologies.
- Workday HCM certification (Desirable).
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies (eg. Lean, Six Sigma – Desirable).
