Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a Purchasing / Procurement Lead to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
- Lead the operational purchasing team in day-to-day procurement activities.
- Collaborate with regional key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure procurement activities meet the company’s needs.
- Lead the process improvement projects. Streamline and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and develop the operational purchasing team.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma certification is considered a plus.
- Minimum 7-8 years in a senior-level purchasing or procurement role. Minimum 2-3 years in managing a team.
- Experience in leading process improvement projects is an additional advantage.
- Proficiency or experience in using SAP systems is highly beneficial.
