- Strategic Leadership: You will lead and guide the function heads of our Group Shared Services, providing them with the necessary support and direction to achieve their objectives. Your vision will drive our Shared Services function to new heights of excellence, maximising efficiency and promoting innovation.
- Transformation Initiatives: Embrace the challenge of streamlining processes and achieving operational excellence by leveraging cutting-edge technology tools, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and other emerging technologies. Your role will be to constantly challenge the status quo, driving innovative ideas and implementing efficient processes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Be the driving force behind our data-driven decision-making process. You will provide crucial data and insights to our senior leadership team, facilitating complex organizational decisions based on accurate data analysis and interpretation of trends.
- Budget Management: Take ownership of executing the Shared Services budget, ensuring that efforts are prioritized, focused, and well-coordinated. Your expertise in achieving efficiencies will be instrumental in maintaining financial objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with stakeholders from different business units and group functions, such as HR and Finance. By understanding their operational needs and managing expectations, you will gather insightful information to drive innovation and automation.
- Global Integration: Lead the future integration plans of the global Shared Services function to synergise across different countries (Singapore, Australia, Qatar, Hong Kong/Macau). Collaborate with regional and local teams to standardise processes, optimise efficiencies, and promote best practices across the organisation. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination and consistency in service delivery on a global scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance, with a minimum of 15 years’ relevant leadership experience within a global shared services environment
- Strong process mindset and operations experience is a must – this can be across all pillars, especially in Finance or HR.
- Experience in team leading and is strong in identifying gaps in processes and streamlining them efficiently
- Track record of leading impactful transformation initiatives across geographies
- Strategic in mindset, highly disciplined and structured in approach
- Highly people centric and have ability to influence and bring people together with strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success in driving process optimisation/transformation and automation using advanced technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; process-minded with an eye for details
- IT savvy, knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
