This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to build and enhance our HR Services team located in Warsaw, Poland. Leading a team of capable and knowledge thirsty colleagues, your inclusive leadership style will bring the team together to deliver a best in class HR Service and Operations. Your role will collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop and execute on our HR strategy.

Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of global HR professionals, including hybrid and remote HR services employees.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting cross functional co-operation, knowledge sharing; instilling a culture of continuous improvement to refine and enhance existing capabilities and service provision.
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Implement a team development programme focused on upskilling to ensure the right competencies and behaviours are in place for the team and to retain and develop talent.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the HR team and broader business.
  • You will have 2 direct reports and oversee a team of 10, including third party vendor relationships.
HR Shared Service Delivery
  • Accountability for the operational performance and service excellence of the employee lifecycle support to ensure that it is delivered with accuracy and in line with agreed global standards and growth of the Firm. Working with the Manager, Employee Lifecycle Lead to review and refresh service standards and KPIs.
  • Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to design and implement operational, systematic, and efficient HR services and that deliver the best employee experience.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and intake processes for the HR catalogue of services provided.
  • Implement tiered response strategies to efficiently address HR inquiries based on complexity and urgency.
  • Develop, implement, and embed HR Services key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for the management of HR Services and Operations. Monitor and measure performance and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Establish a reporting and monitoring framework for all performance KPIs and SLAs. Set up appropriate reporting and controls to support HR operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes based on lean methodology (eg. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • As required manage/partner with outsourced and offshore partners to ensure a seamless and cost-effective customer experience.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party HR technology team to streamline processes, leverage automation and workflow to demonstrate positive business impact
  • Identify risks and use predictive methods to prevent negative impacts on the HR operations delivery.
  • Support the development of service improvement plans for improvements to global HR processes.
  • Oversee the development of reporting capability and data analytics and insights.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure an effective flow of communication for all aspects of HR Services performance.
  • Ensure accurate and secure data entry and maintenance of HRIS (Workday) within the team and adhere to data privacy and country local laws. Work with the Associate Director and Technology stakeholders to develop Workday development roadmap.
  • You will be comfortable spanning both strategic and hands-on content and support the team with operational delivery where required due to peaks in activity, absence, etc..
  • Be a point of escalation to resolve any challenging HR service and operational issues or complex reports.
  • Ensure compliance on company policies and local labour laws.
Broader HR collaboration
  • Support the development of HR project plans and tracking for strategic HR initiatives and projects.
  • Attend the CPO Projects meeting and co-create an HR roadmap in collaboration with HR leadership peers.
  • Collaborate with Head of HR Business, HR Business Partners and HR COE to prioritise and develop an HRIS development roadmap that supports the execution of HR strategy.
  • Bring the voice of HR Operations to broader HR discussions to ensure that collectively the HR team deliver the best outcomes for employees.
Essential
  • Leading a HR Shared Services team to deliver results.
  • Leading and participating in projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in HR Shared Services space and a good knowledge of HR related disciplines.
  • ServiceNow or other HR case, knowledge management and ticketing tools.
  • Extensive Workday HCM knowledge and experience.
  • Complex reporting and data analytics capability.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience embedding process improvement and change management methodologies.
Desirable
  • Workday HCM certification
  • Process optimisation methodologies (eg. Lean, Six Sigma)
